Castlerock Music Academy's Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for a free trial music lesson, student must not have been enrolled at Castlerock Music Academy previously.
Students are entitled to one free 30 minute lesson on any instrument with a suitable, available teacher.
There is no obligation to sign up and you will not be pressured to continue lessons.
If a student has had a free trial lesson or returning after an extended break, a $30 administration fee applies to set up PAYG weekly lessons.
Automatic debit forms can be completed on the day or prior to the first paid lesson.

If more than 24 hours notice is given, a change of day/time will be offered depending on availability.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, a change of day/time may be offered depending on availability.
If no notice is given, the lesson will be forfeit.
If notice is given and a suitable time can’t be arranged, you will receive a make-up credit to be used during the next school holidays.
Any make-up credits not used during the school holidays will be void at the commencement of the next school term.
If you do not wish to continue lessons, please send written confirmation of the cancellation via email to email@example.com
Informing the teacher is not sufficient notice for cancellation.
If more than 2 days notice is given (from payment date), payments will be cancelled effective immediately.
If less than 2 days notice is given (from payment date), the next scheduled lesson may be charged.
